LOCAL LOGISTICS
Charlotte venues have different arrival rules.
Build at least a 30-minute buffer before the first planned photo or entrance. Traffic, valet flow, and guest arrivals can close a clean staging window quickly.
Duke Mansion, The Ballantyne, Mint Museum Uptown, Mint Museum Randolph, and Separk Mansion are real Charlotte-area wedding venues, but Crown is not affiliated with them. Confirm vehicle access directly with the venue before treating a location as approved.
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Decorative attachments, confetti, smoke, standing on the vehicle, burnouts, and unapproved use are not permitted.
A venue name is not a delivery guarantee
Crown confirms each wedding request individually. Venue policies, private-event traffic plans, loading restrictions, weather, and security requirements can change. The final written plan controls.
