Your vehicle is prepared, cleaned, and delivered according to the confirmed plan. Pickup is handled with the same coordination.

DELIVERY TYPES
Where We Deliver
Home & Residence
Delivery to approved residential addresses in the Charlotte area. The most common delivery type — vehicle arrives ready at your door.
Hotel & Resort
Crown delivers to hotel front entrances, valet, and porte-cochère locations across Charlotte. Delivery details are coordinated with hotel staff when required.
Wedding & Event Venues
Timed delivery for ceremony and reception arrivals, portrait staging, and send-off photos. Venue coordination and staging plan are confirmed before approval.
Photo & Video Locations
Crown delivers to approved shoot locations for photography, brand, and social media productions. Location and use plan must be approved before arrival.
CLT Airport & FBOs
Airport, FBO, and private terminal deliveries are available only where location rules allow. Crown confirms the handoff plan and any facility requirements before approval.
After-Hours
Deliveries between 9 PM and 7 AM are available by request. After-hours delivery carries an additional fee and must be confirmed before the reservation is approved.
Multi-Car Delivery
Crown delivers multiple vehicles simultaneously for weddings, corporate events, brand launches, music videos, and large-scale productions. Multi-car delivery is quoted based on vehicle count, staging plan, timing, and staffing needs.
A coordination fee applies for multi-vehicle bookings. Location approval, staging footprint, and load-in constraints are reviewed before the quote is confirmed.
Delivery is confirmed, not assumed. Crown does not guarantee delivery to any location before reviewing location rules, timing, parking, and any facility or venue requirements. CLT airport, FBO, hotel valet, and South Carolina deliveries are subject to manual review and may require additional lead time.
