Adult-Driven Arrival
An eligible, approved adult handles the vehicle while the student enjoys the entrance and photos. The adult remains responsible for the car throughout the reservation.

CHARLOTTE PROM CAR RENTAL
Crown helps families plan a prom arrival, portrait session, or adult-driven experience with the renter, driver, timing, and approved use settled before the night begins.
SAFETY IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
A high-horsepower car and an excited teenager are not a clever combination. Crown structures prom requests around an eligible renter and approved driver, then matches the vehicle to the arrival and photo plan.

Request an approved production block with the vehicle parked at a permitted location. Movement, timing, crew, and use are defined in advance.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Lamborghini Urus, and Cadillac Escalade offer easier access and more cabin room than a low two-seat supercar.
Ferrari, McLaren, Corvette, and Porsche options create a sharper visual moment but require careful passenger, wardrobe, and entry planning.
THE PROCESS
01
The eligible renter provides the date, school or venue, delivery address, intended driver, passengers, and whether the request is for driving or static content.
02
Crown verifies license, age, insurance, payment method, vehicle eligibility, security authorization, and the exact approved use.
03
The written quote and handoff plan identify who may drive, when the vehicle arrives, where it may go, and when it must be returned.
LOCAL LOGISTICS
Confirm the school's drop-off rules, venue traffic pattern, parking, portrait location, and adult handoff before the reservation is approved.
Plan extra time for photos and traffic. A vehicle handoff should never compete with the school's arrival cutoff or force unsafe rushing.
Only drivers listed and approved by Crown may operate the vehicle. Letting an unapproved or underage person drive can end the rental immediately and create serious insurance exposure.
Most Crown vehicles require an approved renter age 25 or older. Select vehicles may be considered for approved renters age 21 to 24. A parent signing the agreement does not authorize an unapproved student to drive.
BUILD THE PLAN
Crown reviews the vehicle, timing, delivery, approved use, renter requirements, and security authorization before sending an itemized quote.
