Anniversary Drive

Describe the Reveal
Tell Crown who is involved, whether it is a surprise, the address, date, desired timing, passengers, and whether photos or video are planned.

Approve the Driver
The renter supplies the required license, insurance, payment method, and security authorization. Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

Confirm the Handoff
Crown puts the delivery, pickup, approved use, quote, and backup contact in writing before the reservation is final.
LOCAL LOGISTICS
A great reveal needs a boring backup plan.
Use a private or approved staging area with enough room for a safe handoff. Do not rely on a restaurant entrance, hotel valet, park, or parking deck without permission.
Share the photographer or planner's phone number and keep the vehicle arrival separate from the guest arrival. A short timing buffer protects the surprise.
Weather, road conditions, venue access, and renter approval can change the plan. Crown confirms any adjustment before delivery.
The honoree is not automatically the approved driver
Proms, graduations, birthdays, and gifts do not change the renter rules. If the person being celebrated is not separately approved, they may enjoy the reveal and photos but may not operate the vehicle.
