Reservations
We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Same-day rentals are sometimes available — call us to check.
Minimum rental is 1 day (24 hours).
Cancellations 72+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Requirements
25 years old for most vehicles. Ages 21–24 may rent select vehicles with a $75/day surcharge and additional approval.
Valid driver's license, a major credit card in your name, and proof of insurance — either personal auto insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage, or a qualifying credit card (Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve, etc.).
Yes. We conduct a driving record check. DUIs, reckless driving, or excessive violations within the past 3 years will result in denial.
Insurance & Deposits
Yes. You must have personal auto insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage, OR a qualifying credit card (Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve, etc.) that covers rental cars. We verify this before releasing the vehicle.
A hold equal to 2–3× the daily rate is placed on your credit card at pickup — it is not a charge. The hold is released within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
Renter is liable for damages up to the full repair cost. Our protection plans (CDW, SLI, PAI) can limit your exposure. All damage is documented at pickup and return with a pre-rental inspection.
Pickup & Delivery
Our primary location is in Charlotte, NC. The exact address is provided in your booking confirmation.
Yes — we deliver and pick up throughout the Charlotte metro area. Delivery fees vary by distance. Available for hotels, residences, and airports (CLT & JQF).
One-way rentals are available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for pricing.
During the Rental
Mileage limits vary by vehicle — 75 to 100 miles per day are included. Additional miles are $3–$6 per mile depending on the vehicle. See individual vehicle pages for exact limits.
Yes, for $50/day. Additional drivers must be present at pickup with a valid license and meet the same age and insurance requirements.
Call 911 if needed, then contact us immediately at our 24/7 support line. Do not admit fault. Document everything with photos before moving vehicles.
Out-of-state travel requires prior approval. Some vehicles are restricted to NC and surrounding states only. Contact us before your rental date to confirm.
