A security authorization may be placed on your credit card before release. Crown initiates release after the vehicle is returned and inspected; your card issuer controls when the available credit is restored.

Responsibility for damage is defined in the signed rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage. Crown documents the vehicle at handoff and return and provides supporting documentation for any damage claim.

Yes — we deliver and pick up throughout the Charlotte metro area. Delivery fees vary by distance. Available for hotels, residences, and airports (CLT & JQF).
