QUOTE THE REAL SCOPE

A two-hour static shoot is not a driving rental.

Production pricing is based on the vehicle and what the set actually requires. That gives a photographer a cleaner quote and protects the day from assumptions about movement, rigs, access, or overtime.

Static Display

The vehicle is delivered, placed once, and remains parked for the approved shoot window. This is the simplest structure for portraits, product work, real estate, and branded social content.

Staged Repositioning

Limited movement on an approved private location can be considered when the shot list requires multiple angles. Who moves the vehicle and where are confirmed before approval.

Multi-Vehicle Content

Build a coordinated lineup for a campaign, launch, music video, or creator day. Delivery sequence, footprint, staff, and timing are part of the quote.

Editorial and Agency Work

Share the call sheet, crew size, usage, location contact, insurance requirements, and shot list. Crown can then price the actual production instead of guessing.

THE PROCESS

Send enough detail to get a usable quote.

01

Submit the Brief

Choose Photo / Video on the booking form and include the date, shoot window, location, crew size, vehicle use, and whether any movement is required.

02

Review the Set

Crown checks surface conditions, access, permits, weather exposure, props, camera equipment, security, and the location's rules.

03

Lock the Scope

The quote identifies the approved vehicle use, included time, delivery, staffing, overtime terms, and security authorization before confirmation.

LOCAL LOGISTICS

Protect the shoot before the call time.

Provide a real arrival window and a single on-site contact. The vehicle cannot be treated as generic production equipment that can wait indefinitely without an approved extension.

Public streets, parking decks, museums, private property, and event spaces may require separate permission or permits. The production is responsible for securing the location and permission unless the written quote says otherwise.

No suction mounts, adhesive, smoke, liquid, food, standing on bodywork, stunts, burnouts, reckless driving, or public-road rolling shots without specific written approval.

Production rates are quoted by vehicle plus scope

Crown does not publish a single hourly price because the exposure is different for a parked portrait session, a crew of twenty, a multi-car display, and any request involving vehicle movement. Send the brief first.

BUILD THE PLAN

Start with the date, place, and purpose.

Crown reviews the vehicle, timing, delivery, approved use, renter requirements, and security authorization before sending an itemized quote.
