A Crown Exotic Cars representative is reachable throughout your rental for questions, emergencies, and assistance.
Delivery Available
We deliver and pick up throughout the Charlotte metro — hotels, residences, CLT airport, and event venues. Delivery fees vary by distance.
COVERAGE
Insurance & Protection
What You Must Bring
Crown Exotic Cars requires proof of coverage before keys are released. You must have one of the following:
- ·Personal auto insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage — we verify your policy at pickup.
- ·A qualifying credit card that provides rental car coverage — Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve, and similar cards typically qualify. Confirm with your card issuer before your rental date.
Collision Damage Waiver
Covers
Reduces your liability for damage to the rental vehicle in the event of a collision or accident.
Does not cover
Personal injury, theft of personal items, driving violations, or gross negligence.
Supplemental Liability Insurance
Covers
Third-party bodily injury and property damage claims arising from a covered accident.
Does not cover
Your own injuries, vehicle damage, or incidents involving unauthorized drivers.
Personal Accident Insurance
Covers
Medical expenses for the renter and passengers in the event of a covered accident.
Does not cover
Pre-existing conditions, reckless or illegal driving, or property damage.
Important: Protection plans are supplemental and do not replace personal auto insurance. Renter assumes full liability for violations, unauthorized use, or gross negligence. See rental agreement for full terms.
