Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crown Exotic Cars website (crownexoticcars.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Rental Eligibility
All renters must meet the age requirement for the selected vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, and provide proof of insurance that meets Crown's requirements. Coverage varies by policy and vehicle and is verified before release. Crown Exotic Cars reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
Reservations and Payments
Submitting a reservation request through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Reservations are confirmed only when Crown Exotic Cars provides written approval. The written quote and rental agreement state the rental payment and any security authorization required before vehicle release. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies will be communicated at the time of reservation confirmation. Crown Exotic Cars reserves the right to cancel any reservation for reasons including but not limited to vehicle unavailability, failed eligibility verification, or unpaid balances.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be operated by approved drivers listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles may not be used for commercial purposes, racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activity. All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with the same fuel level and within the agreed mileage limit.
Limitation of Liability
Crown Exotic Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any rental services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.
Changes to These Terms
Crown Exotic Cars may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or rental services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
